I bring deep expertise in managing B2B special pricing agreements, SLAs, and large-scale operational portfolios—most recently overseeing a $800 million service contract portfolio, which accounts for one-third of the organization’s revenue.

My background also includes investigative work in market surveillance, where I initiated a Win-Back Project that generated $5M in revenue and earned UL’s Mark of Excellence award.
