About Me

I began my career in the bowling industry at age 9, growing from a passionate team member to captain of both my high school and Illinois State University bowling teams. I also spent 10 years working and managing bowling centers. Those early years taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and customer service, skills that I carried into my professional journey.

After graduating, I joined Lowe’s in 2007 as an Inventory Planner and Pro Desk specialist, where I coordinated directly with vendors and contractors, managed orders and logistics to ensure precise delivery timelines, and handled special-order accuracy and service issues. That role gave me early, hands-on exposure to construction materials, supply-chain coordination, contractor requirements, and the importance of speed and accuracy in fast-paced, jobsite-driven environments.

In 2008, I continued my journey in the building materials industry, providing service support across a range of Fire Protection & Built Environment sectors at UL Solutions, formerly Underwriters Laboratories. I supported domestic and international sales teams, bridging the gap between engineering and sales during a period of transformation in the quoting process. I worked closely with Built Environment engineers, developed a deep understanding of complex test pricing, and contributed to the improvement of our internal quoting tools. Supporting Tier 1 accounts and fostering strong client relationships have been consistent focuses throughout my work. My passion lies in connecting people, processes, and tools to deliver precise results—whether in customer service, operations, or project execution.

In 2011, I took on a new challenge in product safety as a Market Surveillance Investigator. For nearly a decade, I worked to uphold the integrity of the UL certification by investigating intellectual property violations, trademark misuse, and non-compliant advertising. I led investigations that helped prevent unsafe products from reaching consumers and presented analytical findings directly to executive leadership.

I collaborated cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Engineering, Brand Protection, and even e-commerce platforms to strengthen safety enforcement and recover lost business. In addition to investigations, I supported various research projects. Across every role, I’ve stayed committed to protecting people, enhancing systems, and delivering results through curiosity, collaboration, and process improvement.

I am currently the Program Manager at UL Solutions, where I oversee a global portfolio of service contracts valued at $800 million. I lead the annual review of Follow-Up Services (FUS) contracts, review and approve special pricing agreements, and promote cross-functional collaboration using tools such as SharePoint. With a PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained, I bring structure, insights, and agility to every project I manage.
