  • Led enterprise-wide recurring initiative to review and optimize the Follow-Up Services (FUS) renewal process, covering pricing, system counters, related subscription services, and improving both internal/external communication and sales team awareness of changes.

  • Led a strategic initiative that generated over $5 million in revenue by identifying and re-engaging former UL clients using unauthorized certification marks online.
  • Designed and implemented a custom coding framework to categorize and track misuse of UL marks on e-commerce and manufacturer websites.
  • Served as the prototype for automation design, pioneering the framework for the Websites Survey and Win Back Business Project. IT built the bot by replicating my decision-making process, which enabled faster detection of misuse of the certification mark.

  • Bot creation for the Websites Survey & Win Back Business Project – As the second phase of the UL Market Surveillance Websites Survey & Win-Back Business Project, this stage focused on developing an automated bot to enhance the efficiency and scalability. This automation significantly reduced manual workload, accelerated the identification of non-compliant listings, and strengthened UL’s ability to protect brand integrity. The bot also supported ongoing efforts to re-engage former clients by pinpointing misuse patterns that revealed potential win-back opportunities.
  • Product Safety Projects: Protect consumers by identifying and mitigating risks associated with non-compliant or hazardous products. Through cross-functional collaboration, these projects focused on investigating product safety concerns, analyzing root causes, and taking corrective actions to prevent unsafe items from reaching the market.
